What does wallet credit pay for?
Wallet credit covers approved work in Cartesian. Model work is quoted for the job. Pi3 capture uses separate prices for each image and each extracted video frame sent. The capture planner above does not include model generation or other work.
How is a video priced?
The cost depends on how many extracted frames are sent to Pi3, at the frame price shown in your quote. It is not a flat price per video or a price per second. If a frame is submitted again in another capture request, it counts in that request.
Is the planner an actual quote?
No. Its rates are values you enter for illustration. Published prices and your actual inputs determine the quote in your account. Review that quote before approving work; it can differ from this scenario.
What happens if work cannot finish?
A confirmed failure releases the held credit. If the outcome or usage is still being checked, the hold remains until it can be resolved. Model jobs need useful saved output before a final charge. You can review the activity in your wallet and contact support.
Can I buy credit now?
Paid top-ups are not available yet. The amounts on this page are a preview, and no purchase is made here. Automatic top-ups are also unavailable. For access questions, contact cartesian@formas.ai.
